We deliver within the Kansas City Metro Area
Do you offer same day delivery?
Absolutely! We offer same-day delivery Monday - Saturday, if your oder is placed by 12pm. However, availability of certain designs may be limited. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I stop by to pick out an arrangement?
We do not have a storefront, and all of our arrangements are made-to-order in our design studio. This means that we do not have any pre-made arrangements on display in our studio. The best way to browse our designs is by visiting our online shop,
Tips on making my flowers last?
Upon receiving your arrangement be sure to check the water level. If necessary add water to your vessel making sure all stems are submerged in water. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures and re cut stems every other day and change water for maximum freshness.
What if I'm unsatisfied with my arrangement?
We take great pride in the quality of our work and of the merchandise we source. Because our arrangements are perishable goods, all fresh-floral and plant sales are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve the issue.
What if my zip code is not listed for delivery?
If our website says we do not deliver to your zip code, please call the shop at 816-335-8695 to inquire about delivery charges.
What If the recipient is not home?
If no one is present to accept the delivery, the recipient will be notified, and if given permission we will leave on porch. During extreme weather the arrangement will be returned to our shop, and will incur an additional fee if we must reattempt delivery.
How will I know once my order has been delivered?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a picture of your arrangement.
